The warranty length depends on the part. Power boards, main boards and backlight strips fitted by us are covered up to 48 months on parts and labour. Smaller components like HDMI ports or fuses carry a shorter warranty — always in writing on your invoice.
No — and we'll save you the disappointment of the false promises some shops make. A replacement panel almost always costs more than a new TV. What we do offer is a free, detailed insurance damage report so you can claim from your household policy. Most claims we support are approved first time.
