We don't repair cracked or smashed screens.

The truth: a replacement panel almost always costs more than a new TV. Any shop promising otherwise is either replacing the whole panel (you're paying for a new TV anyway) or about to disappoint you.

What we offer instead: a free, detailed written insurance damage report — including model, serial, fault description and replacement-cost evidence. Most household and business policies cover accidental damage, and reports we provide are typically approved on the first claim.
